Refund policy
Because all of our products are made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with a defect, printing error, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@torontowear.ca with:
- A description of the issue
- Photos clearly showing the problem
- Your order number
If the issue qualifies, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
We cannot process claims submitted after 30 days.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Incorrect sizing (size charts are provided for each product)
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Color variation due to monitor differences
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
Because all items are custom printed, we do not restock or resell returned items.
Chargeback Protection
If there’s an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us before disputing the charge with your bank. We’re happy to help resolve most problems quickly and fairly.
Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
